Our History

With more than 80 years of journey, Rápido D’Oeste is one of the most traditional companies in the intercity passenger transportation sector in the inland of São Paulo. Founded in 1944 and headquartered in Ribeirão Preto, the company operates with excellence and commitment, connecting people and destinations through an efficient and diverse network.

Today, Rápido D’Oeste serves more than 40 cities with regular bus services, suburban transportation, chartering, tourism, and package delivery. Utilizing the structure of its own line buses, it also carries small parcels with agility and security, leveraging its regional presence and coverage.

The company is one of the operators of the PróUrbano Consortium, responsible for urban public transport in Ribeirão Preto, within the Integrated Municipal Bus Transport Network (RITMO). In suburban transportation, it operates in cities such as Bebedouro, Pitangueiras, Santa Rosa do Viterbo, Rincão, São Simão, Tambaú, Taquaritinga, Viradouro, Matão, among others, offering convenience to passengers through smart electronic ticketing with the Rapidinho Card.

With a modern fleet and a skilled team, Rápido D’Oeste maintains a continuous commitment to innovation, safety, sustainability, and quality in service, always respecting the regulations of authorities like ARTESP, ANTT, and the Ministry of Tourism.
